Therapeutic Massage
Therapeutic Massage is a powerful and deep form of bodywork that helps promote the healing of injured or fatigued muscles and tendons. Seated Acupressure Massage
Seated Acupressure is applied in a specially designed chair and incorporates over 90 specific acupressure points. The massage is carried out fully clothed and focuses on the back, shoulders, neck, arms and head. This massage will leave the client feeling invigorated but calm, refreshed and energised and reduce the build up of stiffness and tension in the neck and shoulder areas.
